The Comprehensive Assessment is the 90 minute starting point for every Citrin Longevity member. It maps your biology with labs, body composition, and grip strength, and includes a 60 minute naturopathic consultation so your plan is built on data, not guesswork. In West Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Book Your Assessment Book a Tour
The Comprehensive Assessment brings every measurement that matters into a single 90 minute visit. Biomarker testing in Los Angeles, body composition, and a 60 minute naturopathic consultation are gathered together so nothing about your physiology is left to assumption.
You leave with a clear read on where you stand today and a protocol recommendation built from your own numbers. This is advanced diagnostics in West Hollywood, done in one calm, unhurried session.
Numbers alone do not change anything. Your clinician reads the full panel in context, connects the findings across systems, and identifies the root causes behind how you feel rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
From there, Dr. Haley designs a protocol that is yours alone. The Citrin Longevity app makes every result visible and trackable, so progress is something you can see over time rather than guess at.
The work follows a clear sequence. First we assess your biology, then we interpret the findings together, then we personalize a protocol to your physiology. From there we track your results in the app, reassess on a set cadence, and refine the plan as your numbers move.
"Your health is measured. Your progress is visible."
The Comprehensive Assessment captures six domains of your physiology in one visit. Each one feeds the protocol your clinician designs, and each one is tracked over time in the Citrin Longevity app.
Every longevity journey begins here. Each step builds the foundation that makes the next one meaningful.
Reserve your 90 minute visit. This is the starting point for membership, and no prior membership is required to begin. We confirm your appointment and prepare your intake.
We capture labs, body composition, and grip strength. Additional panels are added where your intake and bloodwork indicate they are warranted.
Dr. Haley walks you through the full panel in a 60 minute consultation, connecting the findings across systems and identifying the root causes behind how you feel.
You leave with a longevity protocol built from your own numbers, plus full onboarding to the Citrin Longevity app and biometric dashboard so your results are visible from day one.
We retest on a defined schedule to see what has moved. Findings that have resolved free the protocol to shift focus, and new results guide each refinement.
Who is the Comprehensive Assessment for?
It is for anyone who wants their longevity plan built on data rather than assumption. Whether you are optimizing high performance or addressing fatigue, hormones, or metabolic concerns, the assessment maps your full physiology so your clinician can see the complete picture before recommending anything. It is the standard starting point for every Citrin Longevity member.
How long does it take?
The Comprehensive Assessment is a 90 minute visit. That includes your measurements and a full 60 minute consultation with Dr. Haley. The pace is unhurried by design, so there is time to review your numbers and answer your questions in the room.
Do I need to be a member first?
No. The Comprehensive Assessment is the starting point, not a step that comes after membership. It is how every Citrin Longevity journey begins. Your assessment defines the protocol, and from there you can choose the membership tier that fits your goals.
What do I leave with?
You leave with a personalized longevity protocol designed by your clinician from your own results, and full onboarding to the Citrin Longevity app and biometric dashboard. From that point your numbers are visible and trackable, and your plan has a clear cadence for reassessment.
How is this different from my annual physical?
An annual physical checks your current status with a basic exam and a short lab panel. The Comprehensive Assessment goes deeper into how you are aging. It maps hormones, metabolism, body composition, and cardio-metabolic fitness, then turns those findings into a forward-looking protocol rather than a single snapshot.
Do I need to fast before my blood work?
Yes. Please fast for 8 to 12 hours before your visit, with plain water only and no coffee, tea, or alcohol. It also helps to avoid hard workouts beforehand. If you forget and eat, let us know. Many markers are still valid, and we can adjust the timing of the few that depend on fasting.
How long do my results take to come back?
Your body composition and cardio-metabolic readings are captured in the room the same day. Core blood work is usually back within a few business days. Specialty panels such as the DUTCH hormone test and gut testing take closer to two weeks. Your clinician reviews the full picture with you once everything is in.
Do I need a referral to book?
No referral is needed. You can book the Comprehensive Assessment directly with our West Hollywood team. It is designed as a self-referred starting point, so you do not have to go through your primary care doctor or any other provider first.
Is it covered by insurance, and can I use my HSA or FSA?
Citrin Longevity is a cash-pay clinic, and longevity assessments are generally not covered by standard insurance. Many people use an HSA or FSA for the doctor visit and lab testing, since these are medically ordered. We are happy to provide itemized statements so you can submit them.
Will you share my results with my primary care doctor?
Yes, with your permission. We are a longevity clinic, not a replacement for your primary care doctor. If you would like your labs and protocol shared with your doctor or a specialist, we can send them securely so everyone is working from the same data.
Can I do the assessment virtually, or is it in person?
The first visit is in person at our West Hollywood office, since the blood draw, body composition, and grip strength assessment have to be done on site. Later check-ins and protocol reviews can often happen by video, so much of the ongoing relationship fits around a busy Los Angeles schedule.
What is the difference between this and an executive physical?
An executive physical is usually a one-time deep exam. The Comprehensive Assessment is the entry point to an ongoing relationship. After your baseline visit, your clinician builds a personalized protocol, tracks your numbers in the Citrin Longevity app, and reassesses on a set cadence so the plan keeps pace with your biology.
Can I bring recent lab results from another doctor?
Yes, and we encourage it. If your bloodwork is recent, usually within the last three to six months, your clinician will review it and decide what truly needs to be repeated. Sharing prior results also helps us see trends over time rather than a single point.
What age should I be to start?
There is no single right age. Many people begin in their thirties and forties to set a clear baseline, while others start later to address fatigue, hormones, or metabolic concerns. The earlier you map your biology, the more your clinician has to work with as you track changes over the years.
Are these tests medically standard and safe?
Yes. The bloodwork, DUTCH hormone profile, body composition, and other measures are clinically established tests. Every panel is ordered and interpreted by a licensed naturopathic doctor on the Citrin Longevity team, so your results are read in full medical context.
Every longevity journey begins here. A 90 minute Comprehensive Assessment in West Hollywood maps your biology with labs, body composition, and grip strength, then turns it into a protocol that is yours alone.
